Every Styling experience begins with a TSP Style Profile.

You will be guided through a concise questionnaire designed specifically for the service you have selected. The Style Profile allows us to understand your wardrobe, lifestyle, objectives and the way you want to feel when getting dressed.

Your submission will be reviewed within two business days.

If The Stylish Pursuit is the right fit for your project, you will receive a proposal outlining the styling process, timeline and fee.

Once booked, you will receive a more detailed Client Workbook covering sizing, preferred brands, existing wardrobe pieces, shopping history and any further information required to complete the work.

  • Information submitted through a Client Workbook
  • General enquiry messages
  • Clothing, sizing, lifestyle, budget and shopping information
  • Inspiration and wardrobe images you choose to upload
  • Technical information used for website security, such as IP address and submission timing
  • Records relating to emails and Client Workbook invitations

2. How we use your information

We use this information to:

  • Review and respond to enquiries
  • Decide whether The Stylish Pursuit is suitable for a project
  • Prepare proposals and provide styling services
  • Communicate with clients
  • Protect the website from spam and misuse
  • Maintain appropriate business and service records

We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing your information

Information may be processed by trusted providers used to:

  • Host the website and private files
  • Deliver emails
  • Process payments through external payment links
  • Maintain the website

Information is shared only where reasonably necessary to operate the service.

4. Storage and security

Submitted information and uploaded images are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

Access is restricted to authorised administration users.

Although reasonable safeguards are used, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention

Current retention periods are:

  • Pending Style Profiles: 12 months
  • Declined Style Profiles: 12 months after decline
  • Accepted enquiries with an incomplete Workbook: 12 months after the latest relevant activity or invitation expiry
  • Completed Client Workbooks: 36 months
  • General Enquiries: 12 months
  • Records moved to Trash: permanently deleted after 7 days

Uploaded files follow the retention period of their related record.

Some records may be anonymised so that non-identifying business statistics can be retained.

6. Cookies

The website uses only cookies and similar storage that are necessary for security, sessions, forms and administration.

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any information we are required to retain.

This website is operated by Dyala Pritchard, trading as The Stylish Pursuit, in Lebanon.

By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms.

1. Website purpose

This website provides information about The Stylish Pursuit and its styling services.

Submitting a Style Profile or General Enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a project will be accepted.

A booking is confirmed only when:

  • The Stylish Pursuit sends a proposal
  • The client accepts that proposal
  • The required deposit or payment is received

2. Services and payment

Unless a proposal states otherwise:

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking
  • The remaining 50% is due before final delivery
  • Work begins after the required deposit is received

Project-specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees will be stated in the client’s proposal.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

Clients should provide as much notice as possible when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.

One rescheduling request may be accommodated subject to availability.

Changes to an event date, destination, timeline or project scope may require a revised delivery date or additional fee.

Work already completed and non-recoverable third-party costs remain payable.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Communicating relevant deadlines and budgets
  • Reviewing sizing and measurements
  • Making final purchasing decisions
  • Responding within agreed timelines

Delays in receiving information or feedback may affect the delivery timeline.

5. Retailers and third parties

Clients are responsible for the cost of clothing, accessories, delivery, alterations, returns and other third-party purchases unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Prices, stock, sizing, delivery times and retailer policies may change.

The Stylish Pursuit is not responsible for the actions, products, delivery, return policies or refund decisions of independent retailers.

6. Styling recommendations

Styling recommendations reflect professional judgment based on the information supplied by the client.

Specific outcomes, product availability, fit or personal satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

Style Guides, presentations, Workbooks and other materials created by The Stylish Pursuit are for the client’s personal use only.

They may not be sold, published, distributed or commercially reproduced without written permission.

Client work or images will only be used publicly or in a portfolio with separate written permission.

8. Website content

Website content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

We aim to keep information accurate, but website content may be updated without notice.

9. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
